Refunds are available only if the eSIM has not been activated or used.

Once an eSIM has been scanned, installed, or activated, it is considered used and is non-refundable.

If you experience technical issues that prevent activation, please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase. We may request screenshots or device details to assist with troubleshooting.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
